Who We Are
A European Network of Clubs and Organizations
EuroSport Experience is a European association that connects sports clubs, youth organizations, educational institutions, and local communities from different countries to develop international projects, cultural exchanges, sporting activities, and shared educational experiences. Our mission is to help organizations of all sizes collaborate across Europe by creating strong international communities where entities with shared interests can meet, cooperate, and develop exchanges that generate meaningful and enriching experiences for their members. Through our thematic communities — such as EuroKayak Experience, Whitewater Community, Forest School, Sprint, and Quadball — we connect organizations that share the same activity or discipline and help them build lasting relationships beyond borders.

✈️ Flights, accommodation, meals, and activities are covered by the Erasmus+ grant. The €500 membership fee covers the initial management and setup costs. There are no additional costs unless previously communicated.

The process
How it works

Your club applies
Fill out a simple form. We'll have a call to understand your club, your sport, and your goals. No bureaucracy from your side.
02
We write the project
Our team designs and submits the full Erasmus+ grant on behalf of your club — from project concept to EU application.
03
You travel and host
Once approved, your club joins a 2-year cycle: one year hosting, one year travelling. All costs fully covered by Erasmus+.

A growing European community
Since launching in December 2024, clubs from across Europe have steadily joined the network — by February 2026, 36 clubs from 13 countries were already on board, and we're just getting started.
