This privacy policy applies to the «EuroSport Sistema RRSS» application («the App»), developed and operated by Associació Euro Sport Experience Castelló («we», «us»), a non-profit association based in Borriana, Castellón, Spain.
What the App does
The App is an internal tool used exclusively by Associació Euro Sport Experience Castelló to schedule and publish content to the Instagram Business accounts we own and manage: @eurokayakexperience, @euroscout.experience, and @eurosportexperience. The App does not act on behalf of, or access data belonging to, any third party or any Instagram account other than our own.
What data the App accesses
The App uses the Instagram Graph API, with permissions limited to:
- Reading basic profile information of our own Instagram Business accounts.
- Creating and publishing media (photos and carousels) on our own accounts.
- Reading engagement insights (reach, saves, comments) on content we have published.
- Reading and responding to comments and direct messages sent to our own accounts.
The App does not collect, store, or process personal data from Instagram users who interact with our content (likes, comments, followers). Any such interaction remains within Instagram/Meta’s own systems and is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.
Data storage
Content scheduled for publication (images, captions, hashtags) is stored temporarily in a private Google Sheet and Google Drive folder owned by Associació Euro Sport Experience Castelló, accessible only to authorized association members, until it is published or discarded.
